Established over 55 years ago in 1970 by our 'Uncle Ray', Ray Grahams started as a small, family owned outlet on the Donghadee road selling paint, timber and hardware to the local Newtownards community.

Fast forward to 2025, and we’re proud to still be an independent, family-owned business and now standing as one of the largest in the UK and Ireland. Our growth has never come at the expense of our values; it’s allowed us to keep delivering the same high level of customer service and expert advice that we've always been known for.
