Commissioned by a client as a present, this box measures 355mm x 200mm x 143mm. Apart from the basic timber prep (bandsaw, planer & thicknesser) and the grooves for the bottom panels (router table), it's made entirely using hand tools and traditional methods. Panels wider than 100mm are edge-jointed to make up the width and the dovetails are cut with my Wenzloff rip-cut dovetail saw.
