The sign is made from Sapele Mahogany with inlaid Sycamore indicators for the clock and a recessed clock movement in the back. The letters are all fret cut from 4mm thick Sycamore and applied to the surface of the board with adhesive. The whole board is finished with a clear acrylic spray
