Made from English Oak, this cradle is mortice & tenon construction, it has two carved panels (Tudor Rose) one to each side, it also has a semi-elliptical hood that was over a caul and veneered with Burr Oak veneer. The whole unit was stained to a dark Oak using a spirit stain and finished with a brushing fortified french polish.
